I installed a Jardine slip-on muffler on my 2000 last summer. I have not rejetted my carb. the bike runs fine, sounds great not to loud till you really get in the throttle. back fire is no worse than before. looks better and is lighter than stock. easy to install. I my rejet the carb only to try to get the most from engine not because its needed.
